Google My Business will automatically suggest client testimonials for your Google Posts based on the most recent reviews left for your business that received a 4 or 5-star rating. These suggestions will show up when signing into GMB or via email notifications.
Marketers will be able to optimise these review posts before publishing, and the posts can also include CTAs to increase conversions. Below is an example of what these posts will look like:
